We have over 50 years of combined experience in our organization and are confident that we can serve your needs beyond your expectations. Our service manager has over 12 years of experience and oversees our technicians on a daily basis. We have an operations manager with 10 years of experience who is also available 24 hours a day. In addition, our technicians meet on a weekly basis to discuss how we can improve our customer service and we are anxious to serve your needs.

We have been representing Honeywell, specifically their Ademco brand, for nearly 10 years. We have also recently become the Rio Grande Valley 's only First Alert dealer and are proud to represent their fine products.
